1. How do I make a payment on YuTU?

  • Go to the Payments section in the app

  • Select your preferred payment method (Card, Wallet, UPI, etc.)

  • Enter your details and confirm

  • You’ll receive a confirmation if successful

2. What payment methods are accepted?

  • Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)

  • UPI

  • Net Banking

  • YuTU Wallet (if available)

3. Why did my payment fail?
Common reasons include:

  • Insufficient balance

  • Incorrect card or UPI details

  • Network timeout or server issue

If money was deducted but service wasn’t received, it will usually be auto-refunded within 5–7 business days.

4. Where can I see my payment history?
Go to: Profile → Payments → Payment History

5. I was charged twice. What should I do?

  • Email us at support@yutusocial.com

  • Attach screenshots of both charges
    We’ll investigate and get back to you quickly.

6. How do I request a refund?

  • Go to Support → Raise a Ticket in the app

  • Select “Payment Issue” and describe the problem

  • We’ll review and respond promptly
