1. How do I make a payment on YuTU?
Go to the Payments section in the app
Select your preferred payment method (Card, Wallet, UPI, etc.)
Enter your details and confirm
You’ll receive a confirmation if successful
2. What payment methods are accepted?
Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
UPI
Net Banking
YuTU Wallet (if available)
3. Why did my payment fail?
Common reasons include:
Insufficient balance
Incorrect card or UPI details
Network timeout or server issue
If money was deducted but service wasn’t received, it will usually be auto-refunded within 5–7 business days.
4. Where can I see my payment history?
Go to: Profile → Payments → Payment History
5. I was charged twice. What should I do?
